Consignor Pick Up

What you need to know for picking up your items at the end of the sale. 

If you have unsold items that are not marked for donate, you will pick them up from the venue on Consignor Pick Up Day. See schedule. 
You will pick up your items and your check.

Your Pick Up List

Guide to finding the list of items you will be picking up. 

STEP 1)

On your dashboard, find the INVENTORY REPORT under the
EVENT NAVIGATION tab (top right).

STEP 2)

In the INVENTORY REPORT filter to show what you need to pick up. 

  1. Change filters to show no donations, not sold, and printed items. 

  2. Refresh the report 

  3. Sort by Category (so when you are looking at toys, you see all your toys together on your list) 

  4. Print (you can also use this button to save to PDF)

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: If your item never made it to the VFW, it will still show up on this report.****​
