Input information for each of your items into our inventory system. Doing this allows your item to be sold and creates a price tag. Select how you'd like to enter in your items:​​Manual Entry: Add item's size, category, description, price, and quantity.Express Tagging​: *NEW* Only price and quantity needed. Note: This is the fastest way to add items but there is some limitation to using Express Tags. Because these tags do not have descriptions of items, you will not know which specific item sells when you get your inventory report. You will know the item number of the sold and unsold items, but not the description. Also, if an express item's tag is lost, we will not be able to find the item in our inventory due to lack of descriptors. Suggestions for Express Tagging:Best for lower priced items that can be donated if unsold. Use cardstock for your clothing tags.If there are items you want to keep track of and/or want back if unsold, make a list for you to reference. Include the tag's item number and item description. Voice Over: A little difficult to use. Add tag's information and save.Need help with pricing? See the Pricing Guide Transfer Items - If you are a returning consignor with unsold, non-donation items, you can easily transfer those items from a past sale to the upcoming sale.  These items do not need a new tag printed UNLESS you edit any information. Our system generates your item tags as PDF files. You must print, cut, and attach these tags at home before drop-off. 8 tags per page💡TIP: Hate dealing with printing? Click 'Manage Items' Click the checkboxes in the far-left column for the items that need tags.💡 TIP: Adjust the "Show [24] entries" to "Show [216] entries" to show all your items and make selecting easier. 💡 TIP: Adjust the "Printed?" filter to show only 'Not Printed' items. Click [Print] button. A PDF will be generated for you to print. ***Do A Test Print*** For your first print, do a test of one page on regular paper. Print at 100% scale. Make sure your test print shows:A clear barcode! Solid, clean black lines that are not bleeding into each other.Nothing is cut off, especially the barcode. Print on cardstock. Before you start tagging, please ensure all items are clean, fully functional, and complete.See below for tagging and prep information for clothing, shoes, toys & hard items, books, and soft items. Video Guide: How to tag, hang and prep items. 👗 ClothingAll clothing items must be displayed on hangers. Tags get attached to the clothing's left armpit or hip. See exceptions and details below.Tag Placement: We ask tags be put in certain areas to make it easier for shoppers to see tag. However, tag placement is not more important than keeping your clothes hole free. If you are nervous about using a tagging gun in the armpit, where we suggest, put it through the clothing's fabric tag.Tagging ToolPreferred Tag PlacementOK Tag Placement1. They poke shoppers and workers! ❌Hang ALL clothing: Free Hangers: We provide hangers at drop-off while supplies last.The "Question Mark" Rule: Always face the hanger hook to the left so it looks like a question mark (?).Hang Pants, Shorts & Skirts: Best: Use a pants specific/clip hanger.Great: Using a regular hanger, stretch the waistband around the sides so it "wears" the bottoms, or slide the hanger ends through the belt loops.OK: Safety-pin the waist corners to the bottom crossbar of a hanger. Note: Pants tend to slide to one side, making them harder for shoppers to see.❌ No draping pants over the crossbar. They will slide off, get trampled on the floor, and won't sell. Hang Multi-Piece Sets (Outfits):Best: Use a specialized multi-piece or sets hanger.Great (Option A): Use two separate hangers. Wrap a rubber band tightly around both metal hooks to lock them together.Great (Option B): Use one hanger. Stretch the bottoms over the frame first, then layer the matching shirt over the top.❌ No hanging the top and tagging the pants directly into the shirt fabric. The heavy pants will rip holes in the top.👟 ShoesShoes get handled a lot by parents and kids. Keep them securely paired!Keep Together: Connect shoes tightly using string, zip ties, or a tagging gun (if the shoe has fabric). For sneakers, tie the shoelaces tightly together.Tag Attachment: Place the tag inside the shoe or attach it securely with a tagging gun, zip tie, or string.❌ No taping tags to the bottom of the shoe. Boxes & Ziplocks: Not recommended. Shoppers will open them to check sizes and fit. If you must use a box or bag, tag the actual shoe, not the container.Backup Plan: Write your seller barcode number directly on the box/bag just in case.🧸 Toys & GearToys must work! Include working batteries so shoppers can test them.Child-Proofing: Kids love to play with toys at the sale. Secure all parts tightly.Small Pieces: Put tiny accessories into a Ziploc bag. Tape the bag completely shut with clear packaging tape, then tape the bag securely to the main toy.Tag Placement: Use clear packing tape to attach the tag anywhere visible that won't ruin the toy's finish.Pro-Tip: Write your seller barcode number on any attached bags or loose pieces in case they get separated from the main item.📚 Books & MediaAlways use Blue Painter's Tape to attach tags so covers do not rip when peeled off.Single Books: Tape the tag to the back outside cover, ideally covering the book's printed barcode.Book Bundles: Keep book sets together using string wrapped tightly both horizontally and vertically, or seal them inside a large, clear Ziploc bag.Bundle Tagging: Tape the tag to the back cover of the main book, or attach it to the bundle's outer ribbon/bag.🎒 Soft Items (Bags, Blankets, Slings, Mats)We hang anything we can (diaper bags, baby carriers, nap mats, blankets) to make them easier to shop.Tag Placement: When you are looking at the item, attach the tag securely to the top right corner of the item. They will be hung up with hanger facing left. Attachment: Use a tagging gun or safety pins. No straight pins.Multi-Part Items: If something has matching accessories, zip-tie or string them together.NEXT STEP: DROP OFF ➡️

Bring your prepared items to the venue. You will put your items in the appropriate spot on the sales floor.No appointments needed. We do not check-in items. Hangers: We have hangers for you while supplies last. Sizes child, adult, and pants.ALL Clothing Hung Up: Every item of clothing goes on a hanger. Hangers hook opens to the left to look like a "?". See previous step "TAG & PREP" for guidelines.Time Expectations: Dropping off can take a bit of time depending on how many items you have and if your items are already on hangers. Plus you want time to shop! Pro Tip: Expedite Drop Off: To make drop off go quickly, do these steps at home: 1) Put all clothing on hangers. 2) Organize clothing by gender and size (boys 4, boys 10, etc). This way all you have to do when you arrive is walk in and place your items on their appropriate racks. Sellers can shop on drop off days! Please do not bring guests. NEXT STEP: PICK UP ➡️

Once the sale is over, consignors can come on Consignor Pick-Up Day to pick up their checks and any unsold, non-donation items.Clothing Grouped by Seller: Your clothing items will be grouped together. Your non-clothing items may or may not be grouped together.Mailed Checks. We will mail any check that is not picked up.Someone else may pick up items and checks on behalf of a consignor.Abandoned Items: Any items left after consignor pick-up closes will be donated.Find out more about our donation program here.
